Numbers come from your browser's secure random generator, so every combination is equally likely. Nothing here can make a line more likely to win. Your earlier picks are kept in this browser only.
This Lotto Max and 6/49 number generator gives you Quick Pick style lines for both of Canada’s national draws. Lotto Max lines are seven numbers from 1 to 52, and the generator gives you four of them at once because a Lotto Max play is four lines. Switch to Lotto 6/49 for six numbers from 1 to 49. Free, and you can copy or print the lines.
Lotto Max and 6/49 number generator: the formats
Lotto Max changed in April 2026. The number pool grew from 50 to 52 and each play went from three lines to four. One line has a 1 in 133,784,560 chance of matching all seven. Spread over the four lines in a play, that’s about 1 in 33.4 million per play.
Lotto 6/49 is the classic: six from 49, which gives 13,983,816 possible lines. It has much shorter odds than Lotto Max for its main draw, which is why its top prize is smaller.
Picking your own vs a Quick Pick
Some places let you choose one Lotto Max line yourself and fill the other three with Quick Picks. Generate your four here and you can play all of them as chosen numbers, or keep one favourite in “Always include” so it appears on every line.
The “No two lines share more than two numbers” option is useful for Lotto Max, because four lines that overlap a lot are close to being one line played four times.
The numbers come from your browser’s built-in secure random generator, the same kind used for encryption. Every combination is exactly as likely as every other, so a generated line is no better or worse than one you choose yourself. What it does do is stop you picking the same birthdays as thousands of other players.
