A music bingo card generator turns your playlist into a game. Paste 50 song titles, choose a 5×5 card and how many players you’ve got, and you’ll get that many different cards to print, two to a page, plus a shuffled caller sheet in the order you’ll play the songs. Players mark a song when they hear it; first to a line or a full house wins. The free generator works just as well for word bingo (baby shower, Christmas, meeting buzzwords) and for picture bingo with emoji animals or food for younger players.

Using the music bingo card generator

It opens with 50 party classics so you can see how it works; clear the box or choose “My own list” and type or paste your items, one per line. “Song title – Artist” works well. Duplicates are removed automatically. Pick a 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 grid; a 5×5 card can have a free space in the middle. The generator picks a random set for each card and makes sure no two cards are the same.

Press “Print cards” for the player cards and “Print caller sheet” for your list. In the print window you can save as PDF too.

How many songs do you need?

A 5×5 card with a free space needs 24 items, but with only 24 songs every card would be the same. Aim for two to three times the card size: 50 to 75 songs for 5×5, 25 to 40 for 4×4. With 50 songs, each one lands on about half the cards, so a line takes a while and a full house takes most of the playlist. That’s about right for an hour of music.

Tips for the night: play 30 to 45 seconds of each song, keep the caller sheet ticked as you go so you can check winners, and mix well-known songs with a few that make people argue.

Prefer numbers? The bingo card generator makes 75-ball and 90-ball cards, and the bingo caller draws the numbers.

Frequently asked questions

How does music bingo work?

Each player has a card of song titles. The host plays songs from the list in random order, players mark the ones they hear, and the first to complete a line or the whole card wins.

How many songs do I need for music bingo?

At least 24 for a 5×5 card with a free space, but 50 to 75 is better so the cards differ and games last.

Can I make picture bingo cards?

Yes. Choose the animals or food picture set, or paste your own emoji list.
