You don’t need to give us your name or email to use the site, we don’t run analytics or advertising trackers, and the numbers you type into our calculators stay on your device.
Who is responsible
The website is run by Josh Miller, who is the data controller for the purposes of data protection law. You can reach us through our contact form.
What we collect
Server and security logs. Like every website, ours receives technical details with each request: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. Our host and our network provider, Cloudflare, use this to deliver pages, block attacks and fix faults. The logs are kept for a short period and aren’t used to identify or profile you. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: keeping the site working and secure.
Messages you send us. If you use our contact form, we store your name, email address and message in our website’s admin area so we can reply, and the message may also be forwarded to our own inbox. We use them only to answer you. Messages are deleted automatically after 12 months, sooner if you ask. Your IP address is only used, in scrambled form, to stop the form being flooded with spam.
We don’t collect anything else. There’s no sign-up, no comments, no newsletter and no analytics service.
What stays on your device
Some calculators remember your last settings so you don’t have to type them again, for example your chosen currency, blackjack rules, a bingo game in progress or your list of recently used calculators. This is saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. We never receive it. Clearing your browser data, or the site data for casinocalcs.com, deletes it.
Cookies
The site doesn’t set cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors from bots. That cookie doesn’t track you across other websites and doesn’t need consent. If we ever add analytics, advertising or affiliate tracking, we’ll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, including support organisations and possibly gambling operators. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact form. If you’re in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Elsewhere, contact your local data protection authority.
Children
CasinoCalcs is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If anything here changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
