The maths and 5,000 sessions
Rounds are random each time with the same odds as the game: the chance the multiplier reaches m is RTP ÷ m. No setting changes the average loss per round, only how it arrives. This is a simulator with play money, not a predictor: crash points cannot be predicted.
A crash game simulator lets you try an auto cash-out with play money before you go anywhere near the real thing. Set it to cash out at 2×, at 97% RTP: each round has a 48.5% chance of getting there. Play 100 rounds at £1 from a £100 bankroll and, over 5,000 simulated sessions, the free simulator above finishes ahead 34% of the time. The median session ends on £96.
Crash game simulator: the maths behind the multiplier
Crash games are built so the chance of the multiplier reaching any value m is RTP ÷ m. At 97%:
| Cash out at | Chance per round | Average loss per £1 |
|---|---|---|
| 1.5× | 64.7% | 3p |
| 2× | 48.5% | 3p |
| 5× | 19.4% | 3p |
| 10× | 9.7% | 3p |
| 100× | 0.97% | 3p |
That last column is the important one. Whatever cash-out you choose, you lose the same 3p per £1 on average. A low target wins often and small, a high target rarely and big, but the edge is fixed. No auto cash-out setting beats it.
What about doubling after a loss?
Switch the staking to Martingale and the picture changes shape. In the same 100-round sessions at 2×, 60% end ahead, but 33.5% go bust, and the average finish drops to £90. You win small most of the time and occasionally lose everything. Ten losses in a row at 2× happen in 0.13% of tries, which sounds rare until you play thousands of rounds.
Crash points can’t be predicted. Each round is drawn from a provably fair seed, and apps or bots that claim to predict them are scams. To check a past round yourself, use the provably fair calculator. For other crypto-style games, see the Plinko simulator and the mines calculator.
